Our Mortgage Management
Software is available FREE on CD-ROM. The ONLY cost is a small
$4.95 mailing fee to cover the cost of manufacturing the CD, mailing supplies and postage. This option is for people who either do not have Internet access or do not want to download from the Internet. We will provide a CD-Rom Disk to these people, for FREE,
so that they can enter their mortgage information and see an Analysis of the Results that our FREE Service
can provide. All we require is a nominal
Mailing Fee to cover the cost of supplies and postage. Since this may not seem FREE, we will explain why we charge a $4.95 Mailing Fee. Some
people order EVERYTHING they can for free. These people, usually, do not want nor need our System;
they order because it is FREE, and they will order multiple times. Our CD-ROM Disks cost money to manufacture and cost money to mail.
If we mail multiple disks to people who abuse offers such as this, our costs sky-rocket. We MUST be able to cover our actual costs,
and unfortunately, this requires a mailing fee.
