With MTD-Marketing Mortgage Management System, after you have been enrolled in our system for 6 months, we will audit your mortgage, free of charge, to show you errors that have been made by the company that originated the mortgage, errors that have been costing you since day one, and give you the opportunity to have these errors corrected.

 

We must wait until you have been enrolled in our system for 6 months, due to the expense involved with the audit process; this expense is borne by us, not the property-owner, so, in order for us to be able to justify the expense, we must know that you are going to remain a client of our free service.  A 6-month period is required, so that we can determine, with reasonable safety, that it would be profitable for us to expend such an investment.  This is strictly a business decision made due to clients who have joined simply for a free audit.  Therefore, we can not make exceptions to this rule under any circumstances.
